Limited Warranty Policy

This Limited Warranty applies to products sold by WNETWORK PRIVATE LIMITED. Laifen’s warranty obligations apply only to the original purchaser (“you”) and cannot be assigned or transferred. This Limited Warranty is limited to the terms set forth below.

Laifen reserves the right to update, amend, or revise this Limited Warranty at any time without prior notice. This warranty is valid only in the country or region where the product was originally purchased.

New Products – Limited Warranty Coverage

Laifen warrants that the products you purchase will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the applicable warranty period, starting from the original date of purchase:

  • 2-Year Parts & Labor Warranty
    Applies to all Laifen products, except those listed below.

  • 1-Year Parts & Labor Warranty
    Applies to:

    • Laifen electric toothbrushes

    • Laifen SE Lite hair dryer

This Limited Warranty applies only to new products purchased directly from US

Proof of Purchase

To make a claim under this Limited Warranty, you must provide valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt, invoice, or order confirmation showing the purchase date.

If proof of purchase cannot be provided, the warranty period will begin from the date the product was shipped by Laifen or its authorized distributor.

Exclusions and Limitations

This Limited Warranty does not cover defects or damages caused by:

  • Products purchased through unauthorized resellers

  • Expired warranty period

  • Missing or invalid proof of purchase

  • Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, discoloration)

  • Misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, liquid damage, fire, or external impact

  • Failure to follow operating instructions in the Laifen user manual

  • Improper installation, modification, or unauthorized repair

  • Use of non-Laifen or non-approved accessories or parts

  • Use of the product outside its intended or recommended purpose

  • Routine replacement of consumable or wearable parts

Laifen is not responsible for damage arising from failure to follow proper usage, maintenance, or handling instructions.

Warranty Remedies

If a valid warranty claim is approved, Laifen will, at its sole discretion:

  1. Repair the product; or

  2. Replace the product with a new or refurbished unit of the same or equivalent model; or

  3. Provide a refund of the purchase price (excluding taxes, shipping, and handling fees)

Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Using the product properly

  • Performing routine maintenance

  • Following all product care, safety, and handling instructions provided by Laifen

Disclaimer of Other Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Laifen disclaims all other warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have additional rights depending on your jurisdiction.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Laifen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, arising from the use or inability to use the product.
