Laifen.sg Refund & Exchange Policy

At Laifen Singapore, we are committed to providing quality products and reliable service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review the following refund and exchange terms.

1. Returns & Refunds (Unused & Unopened Only)

You may request a return and refund only if all of the following are met:

  • The request is made within 7 days of the delivery date.

  • The product is unused and unopened, with factory seal intact (if applicable).

  • The product is in original packaging, with all included items (manuals, accessories, inserts) complete and in resalable condition.

  • You provide proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or receipt).

  • The item is not excluded under Section 4.

Important: We do not accept returns/refunds for opened or used products, even if only tested.

2. Refund Request Process

To request a return/refund:

  • Please provide:

    • Full Name

    • Order Number

    • Reason for return

    • Photos of the package/product condition (outer box + seals)

We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions if approved.

3. Shipping Your Return

All approved return items should be mailed to:

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

  • Use a trackable courier service. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return parcels.

  • Do not send items without prior approval.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Returns/refunds will not be issued for:

  • Requests made after 7 days

  • Products that are opened, used, washed, installed, or activated

  • Items with missing parts, damaged packaging, or not in original condition

  • Consumables/accessories that have been USED (if applicable)

  • Gift cards

5. Exchanges (Defective / Issue-Based Only)

Exchanges may be offered only if:

  • The request is made within 7 days of delivery, and

  • The item is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect after assessment by our team, or item is not used or opened

  • Exchange is subject to stock availability.

Return shipping costs for exchange cases may apply depending on assessment outcome.
